VividMark ("we", "us", or "the app") powers your watermark workflow. This policy explains what information we handle when you upload product images, how that information is used, and the safeguards we apply.

1. Information We Collect

We process the assets you send to the watermark endpoint (image files, watermark text, font/fontPreset choices, positioning, opacity, and similar configuration data). We also retain basic technical metadata such as request timestamps, response status, and anonymized performance metrics to keep the service reliable.

2. How We Use Information

Uploaded images and configuration parameters are used exclusively to create the returned watermarked asset. Aggregated telemetry (e.g., success rates, processing duration) may be used to tune quality, detect abuse, or plan capacity—never to build marketing profiles.

3. Watermark Assets & Fonts

Custom fonts stored inside /assets/fonts are served only to render the watermark you request. We do not expose these files publicly or repurpose them outside of your requests.

4. Data Security

Transfers occur over HTTPS. Images are processed in-memory and are not persisted once a response is sent, unless temporary caching is required for debugging an incident. Access to infrastructure is limited to authorized personnel under least-privilege principles.

5. Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. Limited data may be shared with infrastructure providers (e.g., cloud storage, logging) under data-processing agreements solely to operate the service or if legally compelled.

6. Retention & Deletion

Image buffers are discarded immediately after the processed file is returned. Diagnostic logs are typically retained for up to 30 days unless a shorter period is required. You may request deletion of logs tied to your workspace, subject to technical feasibility and legal obligations.

7. Your Rights & Contact

8. Changes

We update this policy when our product or legal requirements change. New revisions will be posted here with the effective date reflected above.
